Luca Niculescu announces the drafting of the government plan: Romania doesn’t need to start from scratch all the time

Prime Minister-designate Luca Niculescu announced on Wednesday that he is working on a governing plan and preparing for consultations with parliamentary parties. He states that he wants solutions for political and economic balance in Romania, and that the country „does not need to start from scratch every time.”
